1. Members can only attend the coaching sessions and take part in matches when the club registration form has been completed, and signed permission has been obtained by parent or guardian.
2. Members attending the coaching sessions or matches must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times, if under 16.
3. Kits must be purchased from the club. (see pricing policy for cost)
4. Matches will take place each Monday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday, depending on age. (see pricing policy for cost)  
5. Junior coaching sessions will take place on Wednesday between 5pm - 6pm at Reddish Vale. Senior coaching sessions will take place on Wednesday between 6.00pm - 10.00pm at Cedar Mount. (see pricing policy for cost)
6. 24 hours notice is required for any member not able to attend match days.
7. Good sportsmanship and behaviour is expected from all club members and spectators al all times.  Any consistant unruly behaviour will result in expulsion from the club
8. All members must be EBB Registered via the club. (see pricing policy for cost)

THE CHILD PROTECTION POLICY OF THE REDDISH REBELS BASKETBALL CLUB

·       All young people within our club, regardless of age, gender, race. Religion, sexual orientation, ability or disability, have the right to be protected

·       All young people participating in sport have the right to do so in a safe environment.

·       Adults working within the club will provide a safe, positive and fun experience for young people.

·       Adults - Volunteers, Coaches, Referees and Scorers will understand and be supported in their role and responsibility with regard to the duty of care for young people.

·       Individuals will receive support on how to manage any welfare issues that might come to light.

·       All suspicions and allegations will be taken seriously, managed and dealt with swiftly and appropriately.

·       It is the responsibility of the child protection experts to determine whether or not abuse has taken place, but it is the responsibility of all those working within the club to report any concerns

• This policy has been produced to prevent/tackle any potential/current discrimination or other unfair treatment, whether intentional or unintentional, direct or indirect, against its members and volunteers.

3, Actions

• The Reddish Rebels Basketball Club will ensure the above criteria are adhered to through the committee.
• Any member or volunteer who believes that he/she has suffered inequitable treatment within the scope of the policy may raise the matter through the committee
